I am doing a bit of a crazy thing & sailing across the South Atlantic from Rio to Cape Town in October! I have now completed 4 weeks training and will be sailing 3400 miles over approximately 2 and a half weeks, so I think it will be most difficult challenge I have ever done.

I will be raising money for Unicef, who do fantastic work in 190 countries around the world. The money raised will go towards providing vaccines, blankets, mosquito nets, water pumps/kits, emergency nutrition packs & building schools & medical centres for children who really need it. Any contributions would be very much appreciated.
