I'm taking part in the Warrior Adrenaline Race with loads of my fellow reg fitters to raise money for Help the Heroes.  It's a 5K (or 10k for the completely mad ones!) run/assault course across Dunstable Downs. It's all a bit scary but it's for a very worthy cause and I'm sure we'll have lots of fun!
