I completed the British 10k London Run on 6th July. I finished in a time of 1 hour and 2 mins, which was a new personal best for me! I may have completed the race, but you can still sponsor me!

I was raising money for all of the good work done by Wood Green Animal Shelters. I wanted to do something to help this cause as, having three dogs of my own, it is something I care about. Unfortunately every year thousands of animals, often through no fault of their own, find themselves without a home or in need of care.
