Hi Everyone,

I 'm writing this to ask a favour from any of you who know my dad or anyone else who suffers from Parkinson's. I will be running the Great South Run this year in support of Parkinson's and, more specifically, a local Parkinson's group.

Seven years ago I, along with help from a good friend, set up WAP (Working Age Parkinson's). WAP is a group intended to support Parkinson's sufferers and their families & friends. Monthly meetings we believe are an essential part of life for many of these people and WAP needs funds to keep these going. Apart from the meetings WAP provides physio gym sessions and annual get-togethers.

Anyway, please dig deep and donate some money to WAP. Donations go to Parkinson's UK but if made through this page Parkinson's UK will pass them directly back to WAP.
