As many of you know, Dave’s dad, Esmor, passed away last August. We miss his crazy ways and his infectious boyish laugh. He was the perfect amount of silliness, he was kind and loving, he was generous, he was always up for a laugh and he loved a chat. 

We are so grateful to the amazing staff at St David’s Hospice for the care they gave him and our family in his last days. They are an amazing staff and an amazing charity and their support means so much to families like us.

So, we are running the Richmond ultra marathon on August 11! Up until last weekend (11.5.19) Dave and I had both never run more than 15 miles but Dave still thought it would be a good idea to sign up for a 31mile ultra marathon! Obvs! I wonder where he gets these silly ideas from!!

We will be running in memory of Es and we really appreciate anything you can give towards this fantastic charity. (Also, please feel free to come down on the day and feed us en route🤣)
