I am currently a serving soldier in the British Army and am so proud to come from a family full of Army Veterans who have given up their time and effort, and even their own lives, to keep not only myself, but all of us safe. Whether that be through Operations, Deployments, Wars etc.

Not enough is being done for our Veterans, especially in this day and age. We should be celebrating them for their achievements and what they have given up and provided for the rest of us, and yet not enough is being done for them.

That is why I have chosen to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 with the Royal British Legion (RBLI) to represent the charity and the amazing work they do for our Veterans and people with disabilities.

Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is a national charity. Since 1919 they have provided crucial accommodation, welfare and employment support to all veterans and people with disabilities. They improve lives every day by inspiring those they help and supporting them to find work and lead independent lives. Right now, for every person they can help, there’s one they can’t.
