This January I will be taking part in the RED January challenge, with a fantastic group of friends, by completing some form of physical activity everyday for 31 days straight. This is to promote the importance of physical exercise and the benefits it has on mental health. Most importantly this is to help raise funds for Buckinghamshire MIND which is an awesome local charity that supports people suffering for mental health.
This time of year is particularly hard on some people, plus I see my colleagues at work suffering in addition to so many others. The mental health service in this country is unable to cope and the waiting lists are so long. We need to help keep charities like this going!
