As a sufferer of PTSD I am a big advocate of exercise helping with mental health issues. My passion is solo walking, where I have the opportunity to clear my mind of lifes detritous and help me focus on the way ahead.
This January, I will be challenging myself to get active every day. Whether walking, yoga, weights or any fitness activity I fancy, as a REDer I will be going the extra mile to support myself and others. My fitness and fundraising efforts combined with your generosity will help continue Minds life-changing work, ensuring no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. Thank you.
