Jason, Martin and I from the Kingscroft Flyers Cycling Club (KFCC) have decided that this year we will take part in the Run Every Day (RED) challenge in January 2020 fundraising for the charity Mind. I say 'Run'  but a run may be substituted with a bike ride.

Having close family affected by mental health issues for as long as I can remember, I cannot think of a more deserving charity. I hope you believe in the same and show your charitable side by donating donating what you can to this amazing cause or even better, join in with me!
