Now more than ever, it’s important that we consciously think about our physical and mental health. So in light of lockdown 3.0, a few of us as staff, have decided to do some form of physical activity, for every day of January. 

Let's kick start 2021 in a positive way and raise funds for RED January’s official charity partner, Sport in Mind, the mental health charity that uses sport to empower and improve people’s lives.
