Story

Thank you for joining City Hospice Cardiff Raft Race 2023. Here at City Hospice, we care for patients and their families at what can be the most difficult time of their lives. On average, we receive 100 new patient referrals per month and look after 550 patients at any one time. Our aim to ensure every patient can live their lives to the fullest for as long as possible and create lasting memories for their families. We offer bereavement counselling and support for anyone in Cardiff experiencing loss and grief. Our services are provided free of charge, meaning we need to raise more than £1.5m each year to ensure we can keep caring for Cardiff. Our work would not be possible without the amazing support in our community. There are plenty of great ways to get involved and help raise money or volunteer for City Hospice. We also have lots of exciting events taking place this year for you to get involved with.
