I've been thinking about what my next running target will be for me and Bertie and have decided to do something a bit different. My goal is to RUN EVERY DAY (min of 5k a day) for a year from Nov 18th 2018 - which is the anniversary of Bertie's official diagnosis Ullrich Congenital Muscular Dystrophy.
