Weininger Irwin will raise money for Comic Relief by Rowing for 24hrs.  

He will be joined by community groups secondary schools and some special guests for this epic row!   He will be rowing from the Indoor Liberty Shopping Centre in Romford so you can donate and also participate (if you want to) in this mammoth challenge.  (6pm 17th March - 18th March 2022)

Weininger Irwin is the UK's 1st Gladiator Champion and is also a survivor of Prostate Cancer.  As well as rowing for Comic Relief, he is rowing to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer and something that’s is killing our community “Knife Crime”.

It is also Weininger's birthday (18th March)  and what better way to celebrate by giving as he cannot wait to get involved in the fun.

This year, we’re raising money as part of the Big Red Nose Day Get Together.  We’re joining people up and down the UK to turn smiles into something incredible for those who need it most.  However much you can spare, your donation will help tackle poverty, take action against violence and bring an end to discrimination – in the UK and across the world.  We’re fundraising for Red Nose Day because...• £5 could pay to get 20 meals to vulnerable children and families in the UK• £10 could provide 20 reading books for children in community learning centres in Northern Uganda, where free pre-school services are very limited• £20 could provide a supportive coffee morning for families in the UK to share advice on caring for their child’s mental health.
