Red Nose Day is back on Friday 17 March and we are joining people across the nation to show that laughter has the power to change lives.

We are dressing up in red, wearing our red noses, taking part in a quiz, sharing a lunch together and taking either an extra hour in bed or leaving the office an hour early at the end of the day!

However much you can spare, your donation will make a powerful difference to people here in the UK and around the world. 

Don't forget to tick the Gift Aid option, if you can, so Comic Relief can claim an extra 25% from the government.
