This year, We are using our age... which is 13 and doing something good with it. We are no longer able to train as a team but we can work as a team! Our squad will be running a 13 mile route from Sandbanks to Hengistbury Head in relay whilst passing a ball to ourselves or a family member. 

We will be adhering to the rules and just running a stretch of the prom individually before virtually passing the ball to the next player who will continue the run....
