Fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK
Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
This year I am running and raising funds for Bowel Cancer UK.
This charity is doing so much for to raise awareness of this terrible disease that is claimimg hundreds of lives every year, and in 2005, it claimed yet another person, my father Abu Kiwanuka.
In 2008, it claimed one of his best friends - a childhood friend, who I knew as my second father, and he represented my father on my wedding in 2007, Dr Sula Kiggundu
May their souls rest in peace.
Whilst we can't bring back those wonderful people, we can do something to help others who are still living.
It will be in their memory that I drag myself across the finish line this year! I have to.

a lot of families will be learning about Bowel cancer this year - all for the wrong reasons. It respects no boundaries - Its vicious and cruel but we can stop this disease... Its personal!!!
