In loving memory of our beautiful daughter Chloe. 

Chloe was a young talented musician, she lived for her music. She was studying keyboard at college and was also a singer/songwriter, she loved to sing with her younger sister Josie. 

Such a bright future ahead of her taken by this devastating disease. 

Chloe touched so many people’s lives with her love of life and music, always smiling and helping others. We are so proud of her achievements in such a short lifetime. 

We will always love you and carry you in our hearts forever xxx
