Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Here, we are remembering Jack Burt - a loving partner, father, colleague and friend for all his life. Following in his father's footsteps, he worked for nearly 30 years as a local GP in Dunfermline, where he was a much known face. In later years, his interests moved primarily into genealogy, where he was equally well loved and much respected by colleagues and others in the field. He published 3 books, one on Pictish stones which is still the only work of its kind to date, and two on social history and genealogy relating to insanity and asylums. He is sorely missed by us all.
