Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. On 30 May I'll be running the London 10,000 in memory of a dear friend, Sophie Parr, who died from cancer in December 2009. I hope to run the race each year in memory of Sophie and in support of Macmillan who were a valuable resource to Sophie and her family during her batlle with cancer. Sophie was an inspiration to me, I feel lucky to have known her and take great pride in remembering her now and continuing her legacy of fundraising for Macmillan.

 

I have paid for a public place in the London 10,000 and therefore don't have a fundraising target stipulated by Macmillan. Despite this, the more I am able to raise, the more extraordinary work the charity is able to achieve. I really appreciate any contributions you are able to make, from £5 to £50, all your gifts and support are valuable to me and much appreciated.
