Louise Caroline Ellen Wall (Howard) was my mummy. She was the most incredible daughter and sister, the most loyal friend and someone about whom everyone has a story to tell. Even if you met her once I have no doubt she made you laugh. Even in her saddest moments Lou made those around her smile and always tried to lift everyone else up and do anything she could to help. My memories of my mum, her strength and her kindness even in her hardest times, will make me smile forever. 

However, in a world where not everyone is as kind as Lou and you never know what is around the corner in life it is so important that people have access to mental health support services. Memories of Lou will continue to make us laugh throughout our lives and through support of Mind UK I hope that she will continue to be able to help others to smile, as she always did in life.
