In 2009, we lost our amazing friend Tom. Tom was diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma in October 2008 and passed away just 9 months later, just before his 16th birthday. When Tom took a turn for the worst, Keech Hospice provided a homely, relaxed environment for him to spend his last moments in, with his family.
After Tom passed away, Keech gave us emotional support and the opportunity to spend some precious time with Tom, to say goodbye.
Whilst this has given us much heartache, many tears and a great loss, I would like to raise funds in memory of Tom towards Keech Hospice Care. Keech is a charity based in Bedfordshire who care for children and adults across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes. Keech do a wonderful job to provide palliative care, and also provide a great deal of support for family and close friends.
Of course we would do anything to bring Tom back, but I would like to fundraise for this amazing charity so that help can be given to those who find themselves in a position that they never wish to be in.
If you feel you would like to show support for this cause I would love you to be able to donate towardsTom's Memory. Please follow the instructions on this "Just giving" page to donate and help us to help others.
