Our flagship #NoLimits Ride for Danny cycling event is going virtual for 2020! On 5 September, World Spinal Cord Injury Day, cycle either 50km or 100km on the road or at home and help raise vital funds for Back Up.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Nurses and other colleagues from the Remeo Centre will swap
their uniform to lycra for a day and cycle 60km to support the Back up Charity.

The Back up Charity inspires people affected by spinal cord
injuries to get the most out of life and provide invaluable peer support for
anyone just after their injury.

We have seen how much impact this support has on people and
are happy to get sweaty for this great cause.

Back Up services include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. We provide peer led tailored support to help people adjust to a spinal cord injury and inspire independence and confidence for a positive future.
