I work as a HR Assistant for The Fremantle Trust and I will be partaking in the Tough Mudder 5k event with Antonios Loumousiotis, home manager of Fremantle Court care home to raise money for The Fremantle Trust's Wishes and Dreams Fund.

The Wishes and Dreams initiative was created to celebrate 25 years of care and support provided by the Trust within its learning disability and older people services.

Residents and service users were invited to submit their wishes, which included revisiting a much loved career, making clothes for the British Red Cross, visits to various wildlife parks, family reunions and a lifelon dream to drive a car.

Twenty five wishes were selected to be granted and there have been some truly wonderful memories created.

Please help us grant more wishes to the residents and services users so we can give them something that they will truly cherish.
