LATEST UPDATE (3.12.07): We did it! We successfully climbed Ben Nevis last Wednesday 28th November as promised.
I've set up a picture gallery with more than 227 photos covering every step of the climb. There are some breathtaking pics of the scenery... view them freely at your leisure by clicking HERE.
Since we are still about 300k short of our £1.6million, if you make a donation here on my page
(by clicking the 'Sponsor us now' button at the top) of £10 per photo, I will send you a high resolution file of the photo of your choice. Use it as your desktop wallpaper, add it to your photo album, etc.
If you donate £100 or more, I’ll even print it, put it in a beautiful frame, and post it to you! (UK only)
After you make your donation, just send me an email on bprenato27@gmail.com and tell me the number of the photo(s) you want.

Because we still haven't reached our OVERALL target of £1.6million. Have a look at how much we still need here. Can you help us get there?

UPDATE (12.11.07): I determined that I am going to raise at least 1% of the £1.6million. I am still just over £6,000 short with two weeks to go. Be sure of one thing – if you give, your gift will find its way back to you multiplied many times over. Just try it! Our HelpCentre in Peckham, London SE15 is facing closure – unless we buy our present building. This centre has been helpling hundreds of children, young people, and the elderly every week.
We have a new Youth Centre project that will focus on TRAINING, ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, and LIFE SKILLS for young men and women aged 14-25.
Peckham is in the London borough of Southwark, which rates second highest borough in gun crime and violence. It is home to no less than 20 gangs. But our work in the area has successfully recovered many youths from street life. Check out more details on www.thebennevischallenge.com.
My wife and I will be climbing the BEN NEVIS, Britain's highest mountain, on 28th November along with another forty-nine of my friends and colleagues. Our goal is to raise £1.6million so we can buy the building and ensure the work of the HelpCentre in Peckham continues.
My personal goal for this challenge is to raise at least £16,000. Your donation will go directly to the HelpCentre!
