We have chosen Mind - The Mental Health Charity because of our own experiences with mental health and because it affects pretty much everyone either directly or indirectly.  We sadly lose too many of our friends, brothers, sisters, mothers, daughters, fathers and sons to suicide.  No one should ever feel alone or that there is no other option.  Depression is probably this country's most debilitating disease and Mind do fantastic work in bringing it to the forefront of peopes mind.

We are taking part in Muddy Maniacs on 16 June 2018 which is 7k run with 30 delightful obstacles. It will be held at Witton Park.
