The 25 anniversary of the Piper Alpha disaster is on 6 July this year, and the charity ‘Pound for Piper’ (www.poundforpiper.org) is trying to raise one million pounds to upgrade and maintain the Piper Alpha Memorial Garden at Hazlehead Park. As most of the emergency response work performed by Response Consultants emanates from the subsequent public enquiry into the disaster, we want to help the charity’s fund-raising efforts to mark this important anniversary.

 

Response Consultants have organised a sponsored walk round the Riding Track at Hazlehead (6km) on Sunday 19 May (regardless of weather!).  All our full-time staff, plus most of our role-players, associates and selected clients have volunteered to join us in getting sponsorship and doing the walk.  Please help us to help the Pound for Piper Trust meet their target by giving generously.
