Hi we are Ben,Debs,John & Tracy and together we are the Resus Runners we’re doing the 2010 Asics British 10K London Run on 11/07/2010 and hopefully finishing the same day!

We started off wanting to do the 10K as a personal challenge and to get fit and raise some money for charity deciding on a charity wasn’t easy as there are so many great causes then we saw the Channel 4 documentary “The Air Hospital” and then it was easy we agreed that if we could raise some money to help our injured service personnel we should so we are running for Help For Heroes to help men and women who give so much and ask so little and put themselves in harms way so we don’t have too.
