On the 24th September I will be running the Berlin Marathon for Mind - a charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.  Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem.  I want to play a role in increasing awareness of mental ill health and in reducing the social stigma that is so often attached to it.
