Story
Our wonderful team at Revolution York will be partaking in climbing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for the charity CALM on the 25th July. 21 members of Revolution Yorks staff force will be conquering this Challenge.
This feat isn’t for the light hearted, which is 24 miles (38.6km), and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent all in the target time of 12 hours.
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK and kills 125 people every day CALM exist to change this. They do it by provoking conversation, running life- saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it and have the support & guidance for their Mental Health.
We’re wanting to raise £5,000 for CALM to help support the life changing work they’re doing everyday! £8 is a single life saving phone call but every single penny helps this wonderful charity in their mission, which is so close to all our hearts.
