I took part in the race for life 2009 and was deeply humbled by the warmth and togetherness felt among all the thousands of women and girls racing in Crystal Palace for such an important cause.

Most of us will through our lives be affected by cancer one way or another. I have recently lost both my father and father-in-law to the disease. This is my small way of helping and I think that together we can work on helping more people!
