Heya guys,

Thanks for visiting the fundraising page, I'm really looking forward to doing the race again and am hoping to be able to run it this time!!!    Yeah I know what your thinking me? run? Anyway I'm sure you all appreciate all the exhausting training I'm going to have to do to get myself into good enough shape to even be able to run for the bus never mind a 5km run for charity!!! 

My mum is also going to be joining me doing the race for life but theres not going to be much racing going on as she has decided to walk!!! Apparently shes given up on running as it usually results in her blacking her eyes!!!

So please delve deep and sponsor us both generously! We are going to be running in memory of my grandad and mum's dad Fred Goodwill who died of oesophageal cancer 10 years ago!!!
