Well hello you beautiful people,

On sunday the 11th July Angela and myself are running (well probably crawling) the race for life. We would both really appreciate your support in helping us raise some spondoolies for such a good cause!

Every little helps and we want to raise as much money as we possibly can, and we promise to upload every horrific picture taken of us attempting to run in offer of thanks :)
