Hey Guys,

Well ive decide this year to run the race for life and raise some cash for a worthy cause.I will be running in oxford on the 26th on june.

We all know someone that has been affected by this disease, i know its hard times with the recession so please dig deep and help me raise some cash , no matter how small it all helps.

Im dedicating this run to my Grandad Russell who will be forever in my heart and to all the british soldiers that are affected.
