We (Char & Jules) are taking part in the Race for Life on Sunday 6th July at Cheltenham Racecourse and we would be most grateful if you could dig deep and sponsor us for this very worthy charity.

I (Jules) will be racing this year in memory of my father who unfortunately died earlier this year from cancer so it would mean a great deal to me to be able to raise a decent amount to stop this happening to someone else. 

For me (Char) this is my second Race for LIfe event - I am running again this year not only to raise money for an excellent charity (let's face it, we all know someone who has suffered from this terrible disease), but also because I was overwhelmed last time I took part by the atmosphere of the event, how everyone pulled together and the high level of emotion, which I had not expected.

Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.
