A few years ago I suffered from ME, Fibromyalgia where I was unable to walk and I was unable to use my legs for the course of a year and was limited to the amount of exercise that I could actually achieve.  For my taking part in this race will be a milestone for myself to show that I can achieve this and that my health has dramatically improved in the last 5 years.  Life is so precious you have to make the most of the time you have and in memory to family members who have passed away from cancer, I would like to try and complete this race on their behalf.
