I did the Race for Life last year and it was one of the best experiences of my life!I walked it right til the end when I did a running finish, but this year I'm determined to run! I enjoyed it so much that I am now doing TWO, yes TWO race for life's!!! I have also entered the Harlow one on the 4th June with my mum,sister, niece, sister-in-law and some others!

I'm taking part in the race for life in memory of my Grandad Fred who died of Pancreatic Cancer when I was only 18 months old. I never really got to know him so this is my way of doing something that I know he will apreciate. I'm also running for my auntie Linda who recently had a cancer scare and pulled through.

As a charity, Cancer Research UK rely overwhelmingly on the success of fundraising events such as Race for Life to continue our life-saving research into the prevention, treatment and cure of all forms of cancer.
