I am taking part in race for life with my best friend Sarah :) I'm doing it for all those who have been or is affected by cancer. However also because I experienced a close friend of mine go through an extremely difficult time ...It has almost been a year since her Dad passed away and as a best friend it was one of the most hardest things I watched her go through.

We have been best friends for 16 years, I see Saz almost everyday, it is now 9 months since her Dad passed away and she never fails to smile or make me laugh. 

Knowing someone has cancer makes you realise how precious life is and that time should never be wasted.

I hope that by running Race for Life will show my support for my best friend and her family and also to make Mike proud :)
