Emma Scarlett Brown was a beautiful and intelligent 18 year old with her whole life before her. Just before her 18th birthday, she was diagnosed with a highly malignant brain tumour and despite eight months of painful and difficult treatment, she lost her life on 16th March 2010. The world has lost a fantastic person. Despite the gravity of her condition, Emma lived her life to the full and faced her worst fears with incredible dignity and is an inspiration to all who knew her.
