Cancer, we're coming to get you!

 

We girls have teamed up to walk/run/skip and do the 'chicken run' for Race for Life in memory of a remarkable father, husband, brother, grandfather, uncle, friend, musician, chef and sportsman.  A true honourable legend, who taught us to live life to the fullest, to try new things and support others.

In our hearts always...

Most people who knew him, will agree he did a lot for local communities and if it came to charity he would certainly help in anyway he could.  He is our inspiration and our reason to want to give back, to support others who sadly have had to or are going though this journey.

The moto...Forge ahead in life... dont let anything hold you back or take control of you... and don’t give in without trying!!! FIGHT!!!

 

5K is going to be tough for many of us ‘amateurs’ ;), but not as tough as the fight our loved ones have had to go through... all we need to do is make it to the finish line... and we will with your support.

 

One day we are hopeful a cure will be found. The only way that this will happen is to keep supporting cancer research charities.
