Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  No, this is not a joke - I really am going to (attempt to) run 3 miles!!!

I'm running with my fifteen year old niece Laura - I'm sure you can guess who's the fittest!!!

This will not only be a personal achievement, but a way of showing my support to my mother who has suffered non-hodgkins lymphoma for six years, and my aunty Jean. She has recently had an operation to have her cancerous lymph glands removed and is currently going through chemotherapy for secondary breast cancer. We are all affected by this horrible disease in some way and I just want to feel like I am helping in a small but positive way.

We're thinking of dressing up on the day so if anyone has any ideas to make us look really stupid (or more so!) then please e-mail me! ahookings@hotmail.com
