My name is Jake Parker and I am 5 years old.
Last year I watched my Mummy and Nana and big sister Emily take part in the Race for Life, so this year I am very happy that I can join in.
I am taking part because I want to raise money for the poorly people like my Mummy, and my Gag and my Nanzo.
