This one's for Joe

This time last year I "ran" Race for Life as a thank you for the lives of three friends with cancer. Sadly, one of the three - the youngest - died last August from Leukaemia. Joe was just 23 and his loss has been immense. Thankfully Adam and Chris are still going strong.
