As some of you already know, I did take part last year for the first time. I'm soooooo looking forward to this year and I have been doing some training runs, so I'm feeling fine about the day.  My Dad helped me when my motivation was low and we went for a run together - so thanks Dad and I'm back to it.  He's 64 and amazing!

Aunty Shirley and Terri will be the names on my shirt for the day and I'll be thinking of you both.  Keep getting stronger, be good to yourself and get well soon.  x
