I Race For Life For...

Once again I am doing the race for life with Lily, Emma, Holly & Claire in memory of my beautiful daughter Jessica & all the other children who have lost their fight against cancer.

Jess passed away Nov 2007, with stage 4 Wilms tumour, (a type of childrens kidney cancer) which had spread to both her liver & lungs. Jess fought her brave battle, with chemo & major surgeries for nearly 2 years, with such amazing strength, courage and determination to live her life to the full. Within her 7 short years, Jess had been a huge inspiration to many people, who fell in love with her infectious personality, she was known as 'Smiler', who gave and received so much love and joy.

I feel blessed to have been her Mammy & will be eternally grateful for having those 7 years of loving, caring & raising such a precious & brave little angel.
