Yes before you say it, i don't and can't run (unless im about to miss the train home- it's a whole different kettle-o-fish you see) which is why you must sponser me, even just for the crack. Oh and feel free to come down on the day to laugh and point, i can take it, it's all in the aid of a very worthy charity.

I will be raising money in honour of my very brave and best friend Sophie who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year. She never fails to surprise me everyday with her strength and patience with everything it has to throw at her. If she can go through all this, i can do a little 10K run right? gulp....
