Story

On the 22nd April 2011 it will be a year since I sadly lost a very special person my mum Helen Montague who was also my best friend to Bowel Cancer.

Over the past couple of years I have abseiled from the Bobby Moore Stand of West Ham United FC in aid of The Bobby Moore Cancer Research Fund and also took part in a zipslide last year from the North West Corner of the Boleyn Ground in aid of Southend Hospital in particular Bedwell Ward who looked after my mum up until she died.

So this year I am taking part in the Race For Life Run in Basildon on Sunday 12th June 2011 at 2.30p.m. which is also the day after my mum would have celebrated her 80th Birthday.

Your Sponsorship would be greatly appreciated for a very special and worthwhile cause and I know that my mum will be with me on the day giving me alot of encouragement.
