My mum (and her mum before her), lost her fight against cancer four years ago this year.  Our family had our eyes opened to this terrible disease that took away such a loving, caring person who we miss so much. Without a doubt it was the worst time in our lives. Before mum died, she was insistent that we took steps to prevent this disease striking our family again.

I will be taking part in Race for Life with Emily (9) and Lucy (7). They remember their Grandmother for her unconditional love and affection. We are proud to participate in Race for Life in her memory.
