Story
In June 2012 my Mum was diagnosed with cancer.
Within the past year she has made, and continues to make, amazing progress. This is all thanks to the advanced technology and medicine which donations and charities, such as Race for Life, have made possible.
The statistic currently stands at 1 in 3 people getting cancer. Meaning that at one point in time the chances of cancer affecting you or a loved one directly are far too high.
This needs to change
Race for life is just one way I can give something in return for everything that's helped my Mum.
