I am taking part in my first Race for Life this July, in memory of my lovely friend and colleague, Lowri Pugh, who died of breast cancer in March, at the age of 41. 

It is a cause which is very close to my heart, as my father, David John, died of prostate cancer in July 2009, aged 68.
