I have NEVER entered Race for Life before!

For those of you who don't know, my darling little boy, James, passed away on June 19th last year, having just turned 11yrs old 3 weeks before, from a secondary brain tumour, he died exactly 3 months after diagnosis. James had cancer when he was just 3 years old, and was blessed with a miracle when he survived the 11 hour emergency brain surgery, and 7 weeks radiotherapy.

James was the most amazing child, everywhere he went he brought sunshine, love & laughter into peoples lives. James LOVED Jesus, and always thanked God for saving his life as a little boy. He was such a strong Christian, an inspiration to ALL. James was blessed with 7 years of reasonably good health, despite visual impairment, daily growth hormone injections and inevitable delays in academic, social and emotional maturity. 

Last year, due to my concerns over his health, James had an MRI on March 19th, he ran into the arms of his friend & Saviour Jesus Christ on 19th June.

I want to do something positive to mark the anniversary of James' passing into Paradise, so, I am going to do The Race for Life for James! I know he will be with me all the way and I urge you, please, please sponsor me so I can help to raise money to fund research in to cancer and hopefully, more children-like James-will be blessed with longer lives following cancer.
